To view the paper, click the front page image. The paper will open in a new window, if you have pop-up blocker on, you may have to hold the "cntrl" or "control" button on your keyboard while you click the image.

To navigate the paper, click the arrow on the right edge of the paper to go to next page, & click the arrow on the left side of the paper to go back. You may also select a particular page directly by clicking on the menu "bottom" or typing the page number you want to view in the number field "top".
